Picture this: you’re standing at check out in your go-to clothes store. They swipe your credit card and suddenly you are faced with that same potentially innocent but slightly troubling question: May I have your zip code?
Until today, I have handed my zip code right over pretty much every time I was asked — frankly, I wasn’t sure if it was required for the transaction but I didn’t think they could do much harm with my zip code anyway. But I do have a mailbox stuffed with ads, catalogs and mailers I didn’t ask for. So I am rethinking my zip code strategy.
What’s the link between handing over your zip code and getting a bunch of junk mail? Well, many stores ask for your zip code so they can use it to target you more directly with ads. Indeed, jus

2. Scout prices. Grab gas in the least expensive spots you can. This site shows gas prices across the nation so you can research the least expensive spots near you. Just don’t

You’ve landed your next exciting foray into the world of employment. Time to rest and relax through your last semester or two weeks’ notice? Of course! But while you’re coasting, you should also consider getting ready for your new job.
Company culture is so important because it guides employees on how the firm gets things done. Even within the same industry, some companies take their work very seriously and show it through formal clothes and stern memos. Other companies leave it up to the separate groups and divisions to figure out how they’ll work together (which is why “poets” and “engineers” have a tough time talking to each other: they have competing cultures!). “How to get thi
When talking to someone yesterday the conversation, after learning what I do, that was put to me is…..that people don’t give a “crap” about their credit….anymore……..and those are not my words. I responded that I disagree, people do care about their credit, they just don’t know what to do. I Do!
After I left that day, since I do credit repair I felt that this person had insulted me by saying to me that the last 20 years of my life were a wasted effort and that what I now and still do is worthless, and people could care less about what took them years to build and it will magically come back.

Maurice Roberts and his wife found their dream home.
They have 20% to put down.
They have W-2 verifiable income.
They also have good credit.
Should be a slum-dunk, right?
That’s what Maurice and his wife thought until their mortgage professional called them with some strange news.
Oh wait, it’s the government we’re talking about here.
Why didn’t you say so. Anything “shocking” is to be expected when the government’s involved.
DO NOT DISPUTE YOUR CREDIT REPORTS….
Maurice followed the book on buying a home.
He first pulled his own credit reports and discovered damaging credit information that was NOT his.
So he did what I expected him to do. He informed the
